London on the Esplanade is a complex of 2 towers joined together by 5 storey podium. One of the towers mimics the architecture of the historic industrial buildings in the Distillery District, and the other has the sleek, modern look of the nearby Financial District. The first tower is a smaller brick building with 103 spacious lofts and the second is a taller structure with an impressive glass façade that offers 272 suites with balconies.
