The condominium building at 43 Eglinton Avenue East is a great boutique residence in the heart of Toronto’s Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood. It’s 16 storeys high and was completed in 2002 by The Conservatory Group. The reputation of The Conservatory Group is one of the reasons I’ve chosen 43 Eglinton East for SelectCondos.ca. Some of their other projects include The Tiera, The Rio and Infinity Condominiums.

Another reason why I recommend 43 Eglinton East is its location. Only 2 blocks east of the Yonge and Eglinton intersection, you are steps away from the Eglinton subway station. Additionally, there are streetcar stops all along those two major streets. Because this is such a central mid-town address, everything you could possibly need close by. In fact, right at the busy intersection there’s a shopping mall with over 75 stores and services. The RioCan Yonge Eglinton Centre also houses a cinema.

The suites at 43 Eglinton East range between 626 and 1303 sq. ft. Many of the suites feature open concept living rooms, balconies and solariums. More features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, marble flooring and lots of closet space.

Amenities in the building lend an additional sense of luxury to 43 Eglinton East. There’s an indoor whirlpool, saunas, change rooms, an exercise room, a TV lounge and a party room. Underground parking spaces and storage lockers are also available. For the safety of its residents, 43 Eglinton East is monitored by a security guard and CCTV.
